The Federal Government has introduced a website which allows you to compare electricity prices from electricity providers in your postcode.
Although there are various other websites which allow you to do this, in my opinion this one is the best and of course totally unbiased.
Simply go to https://www.energymadeeasy.gov.au/ and you’ll find the website very easy to navigate (unlike many other government websites).
Whether your home only uses power from the grid or you have solar power to your home the price you pay for the electricity you purchase from the grid is an important factor in your overall cost for power.
